Overall, both Christian and Bailey prefer to receive a physical copy of the book, either an ARC or finished copy. Digital copies (preferably in PDF format) are also accepted, but it may take longer to have a review completed when a book is in this format.

Audio books are NOT being accepted at this time.

If a book belongs to a series, prior installments may have to be acquired in order to properly understand and review the story. Theses previous installments will also be reviewed.

The Review Process

Each reviewer will make every effort to read and review books in a timely manner and with regard to the release date of the book. However, this is not always possible due to the fact that Bailey and Christian rarely deny a review request (this results in a backlog).

If there is a certain date that you would like the review to be posted by, it is best if the book is received at least 3 weeks prior. However, it is always possible to work with the publisher or author in order to decide on a date on which the review can be posted by.

All reviews will be posted on this website and each reviewer's personal Goodreads account.

Book Ratings

All ratings will be out of either five moons or quills.
Rating overview (quarter moons / quills are also possible):
Ratings are based upon the reviewer's personal enjoyment of the book and are not meant to be objective ratings. Each review provides an honest opinion. Therefore, if a reviewer did not enjoy the book, the review will express this. However, such reviews are not meant to be harsh as they are only meant to be constructive and express reasons as to why the reviewer did not personally enjoy the book.

Banned Bibliophile's Favorite Books of 2016

While we're already chugging through 2018, I still haven't been able to share my favorite books of 2016 yet.  I'm always fashionably late to the point of a public stoning, and I'm very sorry for that. . . it's rather embarrassing. I really have no excuse.  But anyway, I'm still excited as ever to share with you some fabtastic reads!  (The following books are placed in the chronological order in which I read them because I couldn't rank their awesomeness against one another!) Official Summary: Devon Tennyson wouldn't change a thing. She's happy watching Friday night games from the bleachers, silently crushing on best friend Cas, and blissfully ignoring the future after high school. But the universe has other plans. It delivers Devon's cousin Foster, an unrepentant social outlier with a surprising talent for football, and the obnoxiously superior and maddeningly attractive star running back, Ezra, right where she doesn't want th
